The past two weeks have been absolutely crazy - and I mean absolutely crazy... it's 1/10/2006 and I realize that I haven't been blogging for the past month! Not even a single entry in the month of September...
Was only when I saw that lunatic Jacky's message in my C-Box that I realized the last entry was exactly 31 August!!!
Time has been flying by at a supremely fast rate - especially the past two weeks, everything has been in a blur and I realize how disorganized 'some' people can be, not mentioning names at all...
From my last few entries about start work at Body Contours - I'm almost hitting my 3rd month!!! I should be getting my confirmation by 3 October 2006. Well, keeping my fingers crossed for you know what!
I started with Body Contours, but I'm effectively now doing marketing for The Ultimate spa, there's plenty of work to be done and in the 2 weeks that I've been transferred over, I've organized two rounds of photoshoot and 1 roadshow at Singapore Expo and put in the artwork for 2 double-page spread advertisement in Her World and Citta Bella.... Basically, it's just loads of letover work from the previous Marketing Executive who has since left the company...
Strange that the marketing manager made little efforts to follow up on his stuff at all - simply leaving it to the grace of the heavens to sort things out by themselves! Amazing!
Well - still it's overall 100 percent more fulfilling than my days at RTC - at least the work is interesting and I think I'm learning more stuff.
Just hope that I'll have good news when it comes to my confirmation day...
Oh well, managed to put in this entry as I finally have a bit of breathing time... Have been working in the office past 9.30pm almost everyday this week and till midnight on Thursday! Anyway, my poor graphic designer kenah also and had to stay back in the office with me - but hopefully, alls well ends well!
