The Most Amazing and Addictive Dish ever...

What is it: Beef Carpacio

Extremely Addictive
- Tested and proven by all who I have brought to the place ;P

Where: En Japanese Dining Bar
207 River Valley Road, #01-57, UE Square
Call: 6735 2212 for Reservations (Very encouraged, cos business is usually extremely brisk)

Frequented by plenty of native Japanese expatriates for its authentic and flavorful Japanese fare, En Jap has never failed to impress the palate of all my friends whom I have brought there.

The beef carpacio is expertly prepared... EVERYTIME... each succulent slice offers a delightful burst of flavor, thanks to chef's special marinate. The beef slices are thin yet sufficient for you to enjoy the 'creamy' texture of the beef that simply melts in your mouth... Heavenly and delicious, even to a not-so-beef fan like me :)

Other culinary specialties include its Unagi Fried Rice (Fragrant pearl rice stir-fried with tender morsels of teriyaki eel!), assorted skewers platter, grilled mushroom with minced chicken skewer, assorted Sashimi platter and refreshing macha ice-cream with red beans... and while you are at it...dun forget to order a flask of your favorite Sake (good choices available)...

A decent meal for 2 should come up to $70 - $80

Enjoy!!
